Low-income homeowners and nonprofit organizations should complete an online application and provide the required documentation listed on the form. All repairs are free for recipients. During our selection process we occasionally see homes that have no heat or a leaky roof, or other problems that are too crucial to wait until April. Our emergency repairs program may allow us to address those issues on a case-by-case basis throughout the year.
